Next to the
modern and breath taking Parc de Bercy and the Seine we find this urban-renewal project, 'Bercy Village', in the 12th arrondissement. This consists largely of small wine warehouses
from the late 19th Century that were transformed into
shops and restaurants. The special thing about Bercy Village is that it is so adorable and unique because of its well perserved urban design. It's a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon, especially if
you are up for a cosy drink, a delicous meal, some inbetween shopping, and an evening movie at the big cinema.

Paris - Île de la Cité & stunning flowershops!
Metro ligne 4 takes you to 'Cité' where u come above the ground on île de la Cité, right infront of the most beautiful plant market!
These plantshops owned by individuals, are so cute and cosy decorated.Walking
there I feel like being in a fairytale, the beautiful garden
decorations, wind chimes hanging from the ceiling, and the most
colourful flowers surrounding you.

London - What to do when it rains
Rain, dark clouds and no sunshine are very usual weather conditions in London. Sadly, London is much for fun when the weather is nice but there is little we can do about that. So I made you a little list with things to do when you're in London and the weather sucks.

Paris - Bon Marché: La Grande Épicerie
“La Grande Epicerie” located in the 7th arrondissement, 38 rue de
Sèvres, can be compared to the quality of the Wholefoods or the Harrods
food hall in London. All have refined international fresh products, a clean nicely decorated
interior and an organized display of their products.

London - Wardour Street food
Before I moved to London, I had never been to Wardour Street, despite my countless visits to London. It's a street which starts at Oxford Street and ends in Chinatown. This long street is located in Soho and you can find all kinds of eateries there. Japanese, American, Italian, British, Thai, French, Mexican.. whatever you like. I will tell you where I've been and what my favorite dishes are.

Paris - Le Marais
Sunday: a day where you sleep long, lay in your bed all day because everything is closed and there is nothing to do? Well... Not in Paris!
Together with the Champs Elysées (where the shops are open everyday till midnight!), the few shops in Le carroussel du Louvre'or the always-cosy Bercy Village, trendy upcoming district: Le Marais is an amazing place to go on a Sunday!
Therefore today, on this sunny Sunday, Le Marais, was exactly where I was heading.1.4.12
