Brussels - Cospaia: Unique and mysterious

Today I decided to mix it up a little: I wanted to take you to this place of style, class and gastronomy in Brussels, Welcome at Cospaia! 

 

 This restaurant has a lovely French cuisine but also owns one of the best cocktailbars in Brussels. With nice weather you can enjoy the loungy rooftop terrace at a top location in the heart of Brussels.  The inside serves you a breathtaking design of this stylish restaurant. Described as 'Unique, mysterious and exclusif with a view on the fablulous Boulevard de Waterloo d’Or' I was intrigued to try this out!

Since I am in Belgium for a while this summer, my man and I decided to visit the capital of Europe for the day: Brussels. Having the amazing boyfriend by my side when walking through the little but romantic streets of Brussels, admiring several touristic must-see's, doing some shopping, tasting some delicous food and windowshopping about a thousand chocolatiers; made it all together a very romantic day-trip! 

I did a good amount of research before coming to Brussels and found COSPAIA because of its great recommendations on several (touristic) sites. Cospaia wil easily fit in that exclusive list of addresses next to Café Costes in Paris, Bank in London, Vau in Berlin and Arts in Barcelona. The beautiful design and materials, the baroque inspired rooms and the fantastic terrace with view of the lively Boulevard de Waterloo.
